He received probation, mandatory anger management counseling, financial restitution, and a permanent criminal record that cost him his corporate finance job.

Wendy avoided criminal charges but lost the guesthouse, the luxury car I had been leasing for her, and the high-society lifestyle she had assumed would become permanent.
