The “strategic expansion financing” Blackwell Meridian had described publicly was actually emergency capital. Without it, loans, payroll, and active developments were at risk.
The funding had been conditional on truthful disclosures, lawful charity spending, and no material fraud.
Victoria called it extortion.
Simon called it enforcement of signed agreements.
Julian accused me of hiding who I was. I admitted I should have told him sooner. But when I asked whether his mother would have pushed my parents if she knew I was wealthy, he said nothing.
That silence answered everything.
I told him the protocol did not destroy the company. It exposed what his family had done.
Then I left with my parents.

Then Victoria sued me.
